1- How do I place an order?

1- For firearm orders, we need your name, address, contact tel#, date of birth, Copy of your PAL by fax or email for first time customers, place of birth and payment method. If your order does not consist of firearms or ammunition, you may bypass the PAL field by entering n/a. However if a PAL # is not provided on the order form, a proof of age and/or residency may be required at our discretion prior to processing. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, EMT's to, or postal and/or Bank money order. You may place your order via the online shopping cart.  If you wish to pay with EMT, please put this request in the comments and we will reply with EMT instructions. EMT payments must be sent to If you wish to place an order for parts or accessories (no firearms or ammunition), you may bypass the PAL field by entering n/a. Remember, we require a minimum order of $100.00 (no exeptions). Please note that we do not ship C.O.D.



2-How much is shipping?

2- Shipping fee for 1 firearm is $35.00 from coast to coast. This includes insurance and signature requirement. Any additional firearm on the same order will be an additional $10 shipping fee (ex: 2 guns = $45.00, 3 guns= $55.00 etc). We do not charge any handling fees at this time. PLEASE NOTE: If you put a FREE SHIPPING offer in your basket, you will get free shipping on the whole order, regardless of what else you order. $30.00 flat rate to ship ammunition (a few exceptions may apply). $20.00 flat rate for accessories (a few exceptions may apply). 

3- What is your return policy?

3- You have a 7 day inspection period, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return within that period for 100% refund of the purchase price (less the actual shipping costs, no exceptions). In fact, while we only charge an initial fee of $25 for shipping (but it actually costs considerably more), in the event of a return, actual initial shipping costs will be deducted from the return. We do not charge restocking fees, unless specified or abusive returns occur. Merchandise, including firearms that have been altered, fired, or modified in any way will not be eligible for refund. We do not accept returns on ammunition, no exeptions. If special order items get cancelled, they will be subject to restocking fee or loss of deposit. Returns on product that have been personally inspected by customer prior to purchase can be subject to restocking fee. Handgun orders that get cancelled while transfer is in progress or already transferred can be subject to restocking fees. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees on unclaimed parcels from couriers or postal service that come back to us.


4- Ammunition purchases

4- We also need a copy of your PAL for ammunition purchases (for first time buyers). Ammunition will be shipped via UPS (Canpar no longer accepts Firearms & ammunition as of May 27th, 2021). Case lots of ammo are subject to FREE SHIPPING and $30 flat shipping fee for small qty of ammunition to any sizeable town or city within the 10 Provinces (exceptions may apply). If you order ammo to a remote location, and couriers request an extended area surcharge fee, we will notify you prior to processing your order. Unfortunately, we can not ship ammo to P.O. Boxes, Yukon or NWT (or other remote locations) as we can only use ground service. Ammo is shipped signature required. We do not accept returns on ammunition.


5- Do you ship firearms and accessories to the United States (or other Countries).

5- The short answer is no. However we do export with a minimum export order requirement of $5000.00. US Customers please find out from ATF what is required and if you are eligible to import.


6- How can I place a Firearm on Hold?

We are sorry to say that due to many clients not fulfilling a hold purchase commitment and/or abusive holds (for a year or more) we will no longer grant hold requests with deposit only until further notice. In short, we no longer offer layaway.


7- What taxes will be charged to my order?

Ontario is subject to the 13% HST

Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador are subject to a 15% HST

P.E.I. is subject to 14% HST

All other Provinces (Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, NWT, Quebec) are subject to GST only.
